He notes that a major disadvantge of trying to use a garden hose, if not only is it wholly unsuitable in a wildfire fire preparedness situation but also water pressure could be severely diminished when the fire service is drawing water from nearby fire hydrants. Remeber, always evacuate when advised to do so.
